السلام عليكم انا امراة عمري58سنة اشكو من الم في الركبة اليسرى وعملت اشعة رنين مغناطيسى ويرافق سؤالى تقرير الاشعة ووزني94 كيلو ارجو افادتى ماهو العلاج Reason for Study Study Comments 201300007327 [1/21/2013 3:40 PM dr. heba saad]MRI Left KNEE:- Technique: ؟ Sagittal T1 & SE & PD W images. ؟ Coronal T2 GE W images. Findings: ؟ Marked osteoarthritis changes of left knee joint in the form of joint space narrowing, marginal osteophytosis and subchondral erosions. ؟ Osteoarthritis changes are noted at tibiofibular joint as well. ؟ The anterior horn lateral meniscus show abnormal linear band of intermediate T1 and high T2 signal reaches the inferior articular surface, impressive its tear (stage III). ؟ Degenerated anterior horn medial meniscus. ؟ The ACL looks thinned however it main
